The Karate Union of Great Britain prides itself on the development of high technical standards of Shotokan Karate. A key part of our structure is the Technical Committee that is appointed by the National Executive Committee and has an advisory role in all technical matters.
We are therefore very pleased to announce the appointments of Sensei Jim Brennan and Sensei Garry Harford to the Technical Committee. They join the team alongside Sensei Terry O’Neill, Sensei Billy Higgins, and Sensei Frank Brennan.
As a result of our pedigree and heritage, we are fortunate to have a wealth of expertise within our Technical team of Senior Instructors who are all 8th Dans. Together, their expert knowledge, coupled with their background as International Competitors and Referees, ensure the high technical standards of the KUGB will continue.
