This 2 hour all grades development course at Dowlais Community Centre will be instructed by Sensei’s
Jane Petts (6th Dan – Aberdare),
Christopher Evans(5th Dan – Merthyr Tydfil Shotokan Karate Academy)
Dean Acreman (5th Dan – Okami SKC).
This course will include sessions in Kihon (Basics), Kata (Patterns), Kumite (Fighting) and Bunkai (analysis/application of Kata)
The session is free, donations to KUGB Wales development welcome (suggested donation £5).
This session is open to licenced members of the Karate Union of Great Britain
