Today the KUGB Central Region hosted its first All Grades Course of 2026 with Sensei Frank Brennan (8th Dan) – a fantastic turnout to kick off what’s shaping up to be another successful year!
Each training day begins with an All Grades Course, which is open to everyone. This session provides high-quality instruction, clear technical focus, and a strong foundation for those progressing through their karate journey.
The Central Kata Squad is a training squad, not a competition squad. It provides an excellent opportunity for karateka who want to develop their kata to a higher level, whether they are working towards future Dan grades, refining technical detail, or simply wanting to train under one of the most experienced experienced Instructors in the world.
