The KUGB’s Black and Brown Belt courses are organised around the Country and give our Karateka the opportunity to train with our most senior instructors.
In Rhyl today, Sensei Billy Higgins (8th Dan) and Sensei Frank Brennan (8th Dan) took the brown belts through Bassai Dai and Heian Katas in preparation for their Shodan grading and worked with the Black Belts on Nijushiho, Jitte, Jiin and Tekki Nidan. Everyone left, enthused and inspired, with a lot to work on.
Well done to everyone who trained today, and congratulations to all the karateka who successfully graded.
